Is Vokibi free?

Vokibi is free to download and free to use the core features. Additional stories and vocabulary topics are unlocked with an optional auto-renewing subscription. You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions or in Google Play under Subscriptions.

What CEFR levels are covered?

The full CEFR range — A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2. The onboarding asks for your current level so stories and topic recommendations match where you are right now, not where a textbook thinks you should be.

Does it work offline?

Yes — stories, topic study sessions, and your progress all work offline. Vokibi is offline-first: it syncs when you have signal and never gets in your way when you don't.

What is SM-2?

SM-2 is a spaced repetition algorithm developed by SuperMemo in the 1980s. After each review it adjusts the interval before you'll see that word again, based on how well you remembered it. The better you know a word, the further out the next review pushes — so you spend your study time on the words you actually need to see.

In Vokibi, SM-2 powers the topic-based vocabulary study. Story reading and the notebook are separate, untimed surfaces — read and save freely, no algorithm pressing you.

Which platforms is Vokibi on?

iOS and Android. Built with Flutter, so the experience is consistent on both.

Is my data safe?

Your account uses Firebase Authentication. Your progress is stored locally on-device (Hive) and synced to Firebase Firestore when you're online. We don't sell data and we don't show ads. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel a subscription?

iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Vokibi → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vokibi → Cancel.
